Covid-19 Update & News for our business

Due to the rise of Covid-19 in the North East, we are no longer providing Home Call Outs. Collection/Drop Off Only.


Until further notice...


We are open the same days & times, however:

  • We now have a 2 hour drop off window in place, these are:
    • Monday & Sunday: 1pm - 3pm
    • Tuesday - Saturday: 3pm - 5pm

We will continue to work on any repairs in our usual business hours.


  • You now require to book a 30 minute time slot to drop off your device/s to us. Please contact us to book a time between the above hours. If you miss your time slot you will be asked to book a different time/date that is available.


  • Repair times may be longer depending on if we need to order any parts to carry out the repair/service on your device.


  • We will be wearing a face mask/gloves when we carry out a collection/return of a device.


  • We require you to wear a face mask or abide by the 2 metre social distancing when you drop off/collect a device from us. (If you don't have a face mask we also sell disposable ones in packs of 10 or separately.)


In compliance with our COVID-19 protocols, we have layed out some rules for when we receive your device:


When we collect/receive your device we ask that you do not provide us with additional items that are not needed for us to diagnose the issue, this includes:

  • NO Bags (Carrier Bags or Laptop Bags or Laptop Sleeves)
  • NO Cases (This includes Phone & Tablet Cases)
  • NO Accessories (Chargers - unless listed below)


What we require from you when we collect/receive your device to be repaired:

  • Laptops - Device + Charger Only
  • Consoles - Device Only
  • Desktop PC - Device Only
  • Desktop All in One PC - Device + Charger Only (NO Power Cables, e.g. Kettle Leads)
  • Tablets - Device Only
  • Phones - Device Only
  • Satnavs - Device Only


Please find below a few pointers that we have put in place:

  • All devices will be thoroughly cleaned externally when we receive/repaired the device (there is no charge for this)
  • All repairs will be carried out while wearing Protective Equipment (Gloves etc.)
  • Payments - we would prefer all payments to be made by Bank Transfer if possible. If this is not possible we will also accept Card, PayPal, Cash & Cheque.
  • When paying by card, our Card Reader will be disinfected before and after every use.
